Now we are hiring a Community Manager to join the team and help us manage the growth of our community. You will take ownership over the selection process for, and management of, our domain experts - members of our community who help us to technically evaluate new candidates.

Working alongside our Talent, Delivery and Tech teams, you’ll make sure that our domain experts are engaged and happy with our processes, and build a network of ambassadors throughout the community on our platform.


Ideally, you have:

  • Previous experience within the Community Management field
  • Prior knowledge of working in a recruitment or sourcing role
  • The ability to grow and nurture an online network or community
  • Experience in the Tech/Digital world
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing strategic processes
  • Excellent organisational skills
